Happy Bunny Sitting provides high quality professional bunny sitting services. For the purposes of the contract, the term "Happy Bunny Sitting" refers to the service provider. The term "client" refers to the pet owner and/or homeowner who are engaging the services of Happy Bunny Sitting. The term "pet" (in both singular and plural forms) means any animal under the care of Happy Bunny Sitting.

Medical Authorization:

In the case that I cannot be reached, I give permission to Happy Bunny Sitting to approve treatment up to $ __ per rabbit. I will assume full responsibility for the payment and/or reimbursement for any and all veterinary services rendered, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, grooming, medical supplies, and boarding. I also agree to be responsible for all Special Service fees assessed by Happy Bunny Sitting for emergency transportation, care, supervision, or hiring of emergency caregivers.

Release / Waiver

As the client, I understand that potential harm could occur to my pet while in the care of Happy Bunny Sitting. I agree to release and hold harmless Happy Bunny Sitting from all liability including its owner or employees, should my pet become lost, injured should my home suffer any damage not due to any negligence on Happy Bunny Sitting part.

l, hereby grant permission to Happy Bunny Sitting to act on my behalf, and in my pet’s best interest, by obtaining veterinary care, should deem it necessary for the health and well being of my pet. I further agree to pay for / or reimburse the cost of any and all veterinary or reasonable necessary services whose costs Happy Bunny Sitting may incur. Further, l attest that my pets are up-to-date on all vaccinations and will provide proof of it. l also, attest that my pet does not suffer from any life threatening or contagious condition that may be exacerbated by exposure to other pets, or expose other animals to undue risk while in Happy Bunny Sitting’s care.

Any unclaimed pets come under legal ownership/guardianship of Happy Bunny Sitting after 30 days of expired or unpaid contract.

Understanding the risks as stated above, I freely and voluntarily enter into this contract, including the release and waiver, with Happy Bunny Sitting. This contract is full and complete and hereby agree to these terms.

I agree that Happy Bunny Sitting shall not be liable for, and the pet owner shall indemnify Happy Bunny Sitting and any of its representatives, against any and all claims, expenses, or costs of any kind, including attorneys' fees and court costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the boarding of the owner's pet(s) at Happy Bunny Sitting. Happy Bunny Sitting is not responsible nor will be held liable for any veterinary expenses incurred on the pet(s) during or after their boarding stay(s).

Happy Bunny Sitting accepts no liability if your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. Sadly small animals can pass away with little or no warning and if this happens Happy Bunny Sitting will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes.
