Late pickup / extended stay

If your rabbits are picked up later than originally scheduled, we reserve the right to charge an additional daily fee on top of our regular daily boarding fee, as long as we have space.  

The full boarding fee total is due upon drop-off by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or Cash App. We will provide payment information upon confirmation of your reservation.

All rabbits are boarded in indoor, bunny proofed environments. Our standard setup includes a 4×4 pen, inside the pen contains non-slip bunny proofed fabric flooring, litter box, hay feeder, water bowl, cardboard hiding house.

For Standard Service, you will need to bring the listed mandatory items.

For Premium service, bring only your rabbits in a carrier, we will provide all other supplies for their stay.

Pen Area and litter box: Clean daily

Water: Clean filtered water will be change on daily basis, and refills as necessary

Feeding: Unlimited hay, pellets once/twice a day, organic vegetables once/twice a day, treat once a day.

Playtime: A healthy playtime routine will be in line with your rabbit’s preferences and personality. We normally enforce playtime by rewarding them with limited rabbit treats, toys inside their pen.

Note for Premium Service:

We use Oxbow Essentials Adult pellets, timothy hay. If you think your pet need a specific brand or type other than the specified, please bring your own supplies sufficient for the stays.

Once your reservation is accepted/confirmed, we will provide our address and further instructions.

A Drop-off and pick-up time should be arranged with us at least a day before your arrival. Please be timely with your schedule, additional charges may be applied for late pickup.

If you are running late, please text us with an update as soon as possible as we may be unavailable after your scheduled time. Additional boarding fees may be assessed if we need to arrange pick-up the next day.

Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to make any changes on your reservation to confirm we have the space to accommodate you, since we have a very limited number of boarding spaces.

We reserve the rights to deny future service for those who repeatedly cancellation without reasonable reason.

Yes. All boarding rabbits must be current on their RHDV2 vaccination in order to board at our facility.
